I bought this 18 months ago and waited to see how it performed before writing a review. So far it has been perfect. No issues whatsoever. We make somewhat thick dough for our Detroit style pizza and this mixer has never given us a problem, in fact its been an upgrade from our old clunky Hobart and the price got us in the game! I am on the site now looking to buy the larger version as we upgrade our operation. FYI...The bowl does not come off the machine so just be prepared to clean it in place.
