This Estella sharpener assembly with stones is a direct replacement for the one that came standard on Estella SLAS13 and SLA13 meat slicers. It contains the sharpener assembly and both a sharpening stone and deburring stone. This component ensures the blade in your machine remains sharp for efficient, clean cuts. If your original sharpener assembly is worn out or broken, replace it promptly to continue proper operation of your meat slicer.
