We purchased two of these. They are great, for the price. We’ve had both of ours for about four years. Right at about 3 1/2 years, both of the steam valves went out so you can hear steam escaping. Also, when I calibrate the shots on the right hand side, it does not automatically calibrate the left, like it said. That’s a bummer. And calibration is inconsistent as well. It could be because we use 5 gallon water jugs and a water pump so the pressure is inconsistent but I’m not totally sure. I would absolutely recommend this for somebody who is starting out that doesn’t have the funds for a high-quality machine.

This machine does not come pre-programmed. Upon initial setup of the machine, users must first program volume outputs for each brewing group before operation. Instructions on programming your machine can be found in the Setup section of the manual.
This unit is designed for a cold water line connection only, per the manufacturer’s instructions. The internal pump is not rated to handle hot water input, and connecting it to a hot water line could damage the unit.
