What Are Customers Saying
This unit is marketed and priced as a commercial unit, functions well, but DOES NOT feature replaceable grids, unlike other models from this line. So, after a few months of typical usage in a commercial setting (we let it limp along for six), it is destined for the scrap heap, with no feasible means of prolonging its life. I see that the product page has been updated recently, but before that it even featured the manufacturer's video on how to change grids on their various units. If you're not going to lease a waffle maker, make sure you buy one with replaceable grids.
FAQs
To prevent food from sticking to your non-stick surface, we recommend lightly coating it with oil and wiping off any excess with a soft cloth or napkin. Applying sprays on non-stick coatings can cause food to stick more readily than using a fat or oil. Sprays can leave a glue-like coating, often missed during the cleaning process, which will begin to build up and cause foods to stick. Additionally, metal utensils and abrasive cleaners should not be used with non-stick surfaces to prevent scratching and damaging the coated surface.
