The product was delivered in a timely manner. It was very well packaged and taken care of for its entire trip to me. All parts were in the packaging and everything was in perfect condition. If you do not have a loading ramp you WILL need to pay for the delivery with a loading ramp attachment to the truck. Without it I would not have been able to unload it.
