This press does not flatten dough evenly. It's seen in the product video but I decided to try it anyways since it was the cheapest option that would work for me. Ended up returning it.

Since this is the non-heated model, it is only able to press dough to 60% of its finished size and the remainder must be done by hand. For customers looking to fully press the dough to shape without additional manual effort, we recommend using an electric dough press.
It is not recommended to use this device with frozen dough.
