This machine does not come pre-programmed. Upon initial setup of the machine, users must first program volume outputs for each brewing group before operation. Instructions on programming your machine can be found in the Setup section of the manual.
Hot water is preferred to assist in recovery time, but it is not required for use. The recommended C Pure filter is not designed to operate above 100 degrees Fahrenheit and should not be used on a hot water line. For a hot water line- in, alternative filtration methods may be needed.
